To those looking for a fix that works in regards to the Plant Boss, I followed JaShinn's Instructions. When you load into the Save, Follow their instructions immediately and then save once you have done them. Load - Dev Command "ResetMainMission" - Save - Exit to Title - Load Save. (v0.88.3). Trying to help the English Readers out because this game is really cool. The Hentai is great but it is surprisingly fun to play as well.
